  • Dispatch → Delivery: 10–12 working days (may vary by destination and customs)

  • Shipping Fee & Duties: Calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes (if any) are payable by the customer at checkout.

Order Issues & Refunds

If a cancellation, delay, or misplacement occurs due to City Girls (City Bags), we will issue a full refund of your order amount.
