Thank you for shopping with City Girls (City Bags). We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange. Please review the policy below for details.

Domestic Orders (Within India)

Eligibility:
Returns and exchanges are available only for orders delivered within India.

Return Period:
Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Condition:
Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items:
Personalized, customized, or special-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Inspection:
All returned items go through a quality check before approval. Products failing inspection will be returned to the sender.

Return Procedure

  1. Initiate a Return:
    Email us at citybagsmumbai@gmail.com (replace with your preferred return email) to start the process.
    If you received the product as a gift, please ask the original purchaser to contact us.

  2. Response:
    Our team will respond with further instructions and ask for order details or photos if required.

  3. Return Pickup:
    Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from the original shipping address through our delivery partner. This service is free of charge.

  4. Confirmation:
    You’ll receive an email/SMS confirmation once your product has been collected and delivered back to our facility.

  5. Inspection & Approval:
    After inspection, we will notify you of the return status within 2 working days.

  6. Refund:
    If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 working days through your original payment method.
    If rejected, the item will be shipped back to you.

International Orders

Currently, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We appreciate your understanding and support.

Cancellations or Misplacements

In case of any order cancellation or misplacement caused by City Girls (City Bags), your entire order amount will be refunded promptly.
